Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Executive who are well-versed with freight forwarding industry. Overall, this role consists of execution, monitoring and manage Road Freight customer service and most importantly, timeliness are met as per the KPI standard.Job Responsibility:

• Overall in charge for the day-to-day operations for both systems and physical operation.
• Responsible to drive the team towards achieving Customer target/KPI and expectations.
• Attend and respond to all issues (via emails or written correspondences pertaining to warehouse operation and to ensure all queries are attended to).
• To prepare and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for daily planning of the operations.
• To gather and check all required documentation and reports.
• To ensure that prompt feedback from subordinates regarding any work-related problems/issues encountered.
• To ensure that any other work-related duties given is completed within the specified timeline.
• To ensure compliance to customers and others relevant authorities and operating instructions.
• To ensure two ways communication with management level.
• To manage, monitor and ensure proper filing for the job completed.
• To achieve a good result in internal & external audits
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service within the freight forwarding business.
• Candidate must have knowledge in road freight logistic operation process.
• Required skills: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer literate, and proactive in problem solving.
• Required competencies: Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Results-oriented
