Compile and update daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports across all digital channels
Generate overall performance dashboards including:
Total sales by channel, product, and region
Ad spend, ROAS, conversion rate, and traffic trend
Customer acquisition and retention metrics
Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and timely submitted to the Head of Planning & Performance.
2. Data Management & Organization
Collect data from multiple sources (Meta, TikTok Ads, Shopee, Lazada, CRM, and internal trackers).
Organize and maintain structured data folders and databases for easy access and reference.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and verification to ensure all data is reliable and up to date.
Create standardized report templates and maintain data version control.
3. Interactive Dashboard Development
Build and maintain interactive reports using tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel dashboards.
Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
Visualize insights for management presentations -- showing trend, growth, and performance comparison.
4. Performance Analysis Support
Assist in analyzing sales and marketing performance trends (growth, seasonality, campaign impact).
Provide summary insights and highlight anomalies or performance drops for management discussion.
Collaborate with the Performance Analyst and Sales Channel Heads for deeper data interpretation.
5. Data Governance & Integrity
Safeguard data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Support the implementation of data naming conventions and tracking frameworks.
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and finance reporting data.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data reporting or analytics (experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage).
Skills & Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot table, formula, data visualization).
Experience with Google Data Studio / Power BI / Tableau preferred.
Familiar with e-commerce or digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee, Lazada).
Strong data organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Able to present data visually and communicate findings clearly.

Able to work under minimal supervision and meet reporting deadlines.
