Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies, expanding sales channels and implementing growth opportunities.
To build the Company\'s reputation and competitive position through marketing channels, public relations, activities, business events, forums and others.
Managing the Sales & Marketing Team and ensuring that targets are met.
Develop pricing & create distinctive marketing strategies to maximize profit and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Develop budgets and finance, support sales and lead generation efforts as well as build brand awareness and branding.
Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous engagement in delivering excellent sales service.
Develop and execute strategic planning to achieve sales target and expand customer base.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.
Experienced in Property or Real Estate industry is required for this position.
At least 10 years of experience is required for this position.
Proven track record on Sales & Marketing experience - meeting or exceeding given targets
Ability to drive Sales & Marketing from planning to closing stage.
Revenue focused and leadership to drive teamwork for maximum productivity.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
Great financial acumen reporting, analytics, pricing, market intelligence while maximising profitability, forecasting and revenue management strategies.
Must have strong command in spoken and written English.
