Job Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies for carrying out Advertising and Promotional activities. Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing. Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F and NAPIC submission. Conduct market surveys and analysis on competitors and property market. Preparing, monitoring and tracking of marketing budget. Formulate pricing strategy to achieve company\'s sales target. Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of Sales & Marketing plans to achieve the company\'s sales targets. Requirements Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 5 years\' experience in property development industry. Innovative, Independent, self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Additional knowledgeable in building/property specification, and government laws and regulations relating to property would be a plus. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage. Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
