Job Description

Job Summary:



Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including facility maintenance, supply procurement, and equipment management to ensure an efficient and comfortable working environment for staff.

Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day operations of online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) Upload and maintain product listings images, descriptions, pricing, and stock accuracy Ensure correct category placement, keywords, and SEO optimization for PDPs Monitor store rating, reviews, chat response time, and service level compliance Execute campaign participation (Payday, Double Digit, Mid-Month etc) Plan, coordinate, and execute campaign submissions (mechanics, vouchers, bundles, GWP) Liaise with platform KAMs / Senior Executive for participation in marketing events and traffic push opportunities Track campaign performance (GMV, orders) and provide insights Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creative assets, banners, and PDP visuals Support live stream campaigns, prepare host scripts, product selection, and promo setup Being livestream host and / or assisting the livestream host Handle campaign submission documents, internal forms, and approval requests Ensure compliance with platform and internal SOPs Maintain accurate records of promotions, voucher claims, and reports Manage on-platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, TikTok Ads, etc.) Monitor ad performance metrics, spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, ROAS Handle campaign submission documents, internal forms, and approval requests Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management Maintain strong response rate and customer satisfaction performance.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administrative, marketing or a related field. At least 1-2 years' experience in E-commerce industry. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good working attitude, reliable, initiative and punctuality. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
