OVERVIEW

• The Former Engineer / Executive is to support Manager to ensure department have smooth and efficient run.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, arrange and supervise formers dismantling from production lines in an effective and efficient manner.
• Plan and arrange the necessaries for used former segregation, cleaning and storing for up keeping of former quality.
• To ensure the disposal of aging former activities been carry out as per schedule and ensuring all the activities are strictly follow the company procedure.
• Responsible to maintain the performance of former kiln and other formers cleaning machine.
• To establish proper procedure and standard to administer after cleaning process for former.
• To ensure the required corrective and preventive action have taken to rectify former related quality issue.
• Regular discussion with Planner and Production Manager to understand current issues and needs as to perform necessary changes required for operation alignment.
• To have regular discussion with Engineering Holder team to understand current issue and improvement needed.
• To perform risk assessment and discuss with Plant Manager for improvement plan.
• To ensure manpower enough.
• To plan the department internal training and evaluation.
• To update department performance dashboard.
• Complying with ISO9001/13485/14000/GMP standards.
• Any other tasks that may assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experienced in warehouse management or fresh graduate.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Problem solving and troubleshooting techniques.
