ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Assist Snr Engineer in drive and monitor utility Financial forecasting, calculated the risk and impacts analysis in view of business context.
• Provide comprehensive energy demand analysis for all airports under MAHB and provide recommendation for future development planning
• To prepare data on sstablishment guidelines on the utility consumption best practice comply with MAHB\'s Electrical Safety Management Policy
• To recommend action/mitigation plans for Airports to optimize the utility budget utilization.
• To analyze engineering/ Technical benchmarks for industry best practices for electrical system
• Enforces full compliances with the relevant international and local laws, regulations, legislations and acts
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders on the high level utilities related issue,
• Enforces internalization of quality system, and safety health & environment
• Provides assistance in technicals / assesment / projects from time to time as and when required.

Skills

• Sound knowledge of Electrical, Electronic, Civil, Mechanical and Mechatronics
• Systems Experience in system Operation & Maintenance, maintenance contract management and facility maintenance managemnt
• Very familiar with Annex 14, Akta Bekalan Elektrik 1990 & Peraturan -Peraturan Elektrik 1994
• Good working knowledge and skills in AGL System

Relevant IndustriesUnique Requirement

• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia

External

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

EducationExternal

• Degree in preferably with Engineering (Electrical / Electronic/Civil/Mechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent
