Job Description

Job Brief: To execute in facilitating, coordinating initiatives & programmes on development of the Company as an innovation platform that stimulates and accelerates capacity building, innovation and commercialisation of futuristic solutions with the vision to be the leader in the development of futuristic innovation ecosystem. Responsibilities: To assist in drafting proposal documents, management and general research papers for new initiatives, programmes and projects under Futurise LABS in relation to the initiatives and leading towards the Future Economy including highlighting any obstacle or potential issues in regulatory compliance. To assist in leading, managing and monitoring the development of guideline which leads to possible amendments/introductory of regulatory instruments for selected industry focus under the NRS program. To provide support in research and regulatory matters including on new information, ideas and resources on technology and innovation particularly in National Regulatory Sandbox, Futurise LABS and/or other government initiative e.g., NTIS. To facilitate in collaborating with key strategic partners and clients to enable innovation ecosystem through conducting innovative programmes and events at Futurise Centre. To assist in managing LABS Program as well as coordinating and facilitating sectoral workshops and meetings between related stakeholders To assist in gathering the appropriate regulatory framework requirements from the Legal Counsel or Legal Drafter to produce new and/or existing regulatory framework. To provide support and facilitation to any Futurise Programme. To assist in motivating high performance, innovative and results-driven organisation. Oversee the delivery of the above services in line with the company\'s strategic direction and in a manner which best accomplishes the company\'s goals, strategies and priorities. To undertake any additional and ad hoc assignment as instructed by the Company. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field preferably in Economics, Social Science or Political Science from renowned universities. Experience: Knowledgeable and industry exposure in technology and innovation in at least 3-5 years from domains such as urban governance, digital planning and infrastructure, data and analytics, energy and utilities, transportation, safety & security, healthcare and technology. Experience in Project Management is an added advantage. Competencies/Functional: Good verbal and written communication skills Self-starter, proactive and attention to detail Ability to work on ambiguous business issues and unproven or innovative solutions.
