Job Description
Job Purpose
Execute project implementation for the Client's Group ERP Applications, ensuring effective solution development, delivery, and end-to-end application support. Provide both
functional and technical expertise
for enterprise and business applications. Support integration, configuration, and minor enhancements across ERP applications. Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet business priorities, growth plans, and operational requirements.Experience
5-9 years of working experience in the IT industry, with hands-on involvement in application maintenance and support for
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
solutions. Experience working with key business functions such as Finance, Procurement, HSE, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Marine. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging business stakeholders.Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Experience:
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions: 1 year (Preferred) Finance, Procurement, HSE, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marine.: 1 year (Preferred) ERP solutions: 2 years (Preferred)
