Job Description

Assist in ensuring FM operations comply with legal, stakeholder, and company policy requirements. Support coordination and supervision of maintenance works carried out by service providers. Assist in planning and allocating resources to support mall operations. Support execution of CAPEX and enhancement projects. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and report on systems including Fire Alarm & Protection, Mechanical & Plumbing, Civil & Structural, and Electrical. Assist in procurement activities related to maintenance and operations. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, tenants, and internal teams as required. Help schedule 24-hour standby manpower across three daily shifts. Conduct routine checks and assist in responding to equipment faults and breakdowns. Perform basic quality inspections on completed jobs. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment. Monitor maintenance-related costs and report variances. Respond to emergencies and urgent repair needs under supervision. Support implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Verify daily operational checklists and escalate issues. Assist in maintaining Nu Sentral Shopping Centre, including civil works. Enforce building renovation guidelines under supervision. Coordinate site works including renovation and refurbishment. Assist in preparing and updating emergency response and disaster recovery plans. Follow up with contractors on monthly servicing of M&E equipment and maintain documentation.

Education Qualifications

Minimum qualification requirement bachelor's degree in engineering with knowledge in technical aspects i.e., building services, mechanical, electrical and civils works.

Relevant Experience

At least 3 years of working experience with related field. Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Previous work-related skills, knowledge and experience would be helpful. Able to read and understand Construction Drawing and any other technical drawing available.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
