EXECUTIVE, OPERATION COORDINATOR

To assist the Head of Operations & Maintenance (HOD) in ensuring centralized monitoring, coordination, and performance control across all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business units. The role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through analytics, documentation control, and inter-site coordination.

*This is a re-strategized of Manpower structure of the Department by utilizing the existing head count into promoting an effective centralized management at HQ.

1. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

Develop and maintain centralized dashboards for IFM business units (SLA, KPI, cost, breakdowns, etc.) Collect and analyze operational data from all sites to identify variances and trends. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for HOD and management review. Develop standardized Excel/Power BI templates for data tracking and compliance. 2. Departmental Coordination Act as liaison between HQ and Site Facility Managers for performance alignment and standard reporting. Follow up on operational tasks, project updates, and issue closures. Coordinate submissions, approvals, and inter-department communication.

Review and verify operational documents (PCF, ABAP, ATA, reports) before HOD endorsement. Ensure compliance with LOA, format, and supporting documentation standards. Maintain proper record and version control. Assist in drafting approval papers for projects and expenditure. Track budget utilization and highlight variances or risks. Coordinate quotation analysis, vendor evaluations, and post-approval monitoring. Prepare professional presentations and monthly operation decks for HOD and management. Develop visuals, charts, and performance summaries for reports and meetings. Maintain consistent communication with site teams and internal stakeholders.

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
