Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in supervising cleaning/maintenance staff is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to manage foreign workers and work with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with safety and environmental compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily and scheduled cleaning activities across designated plant areas.
Supervise cleaning personnel, including foreign workers -- ensuring discipline, attendance, and performance.
Monitor the use and availability of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment; raise requisitions when necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and environmental compliance.
Coordinate with clients for inspections, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Handle staff grievances or operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare operational reports, attendance records, and monthly performance reviews.
Support onboarding and conduct safety briefings for new staff, especially foreign workers.
