-Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment -Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner -Manage communication including emails and phone calls -Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages -Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed-Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email -Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings -Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals -Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying -Write emails, memos and letters -Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems -Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed -To handle graduation/ convocation tasks (Printing Scroll, distributing scrolls & transcripts, safe keeping scrolls & transcripts) -To assist in exam unit in documentation of exam
