Manages relationship of a defined number of Strategic Business Customers and prospects in a particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customers and coordinates the account e.g. with regards to Trade Lane involvement).
Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.
Drive the achievement of team targets by taking full ownership of individual performance and actively participating in a high-performance team culture.
Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high quality of service is delivered.
Achieves stipulated sales target by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking.
Ensures accuracy and proper maintenance of sales activity records through regular reporting and analysis of sales activities.
Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA\'s & SOP\'s).
Coordinates with CRMs on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.
Updates CRMs and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues.
Consults CRMs and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practice.
By actively communicating customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to internal teams, they contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Continually develop knowledge of DHL\'s products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers.
Maintain and support inter-departmental relationships & assist in account receivable issues.
To be aware targets and drive Company\xe2\x80\x99s Objectives, Targets and Programs that are approved by Management for its intended results.
To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts
Implement/Assist to implement operational controls of activities with environmental aspects having significant impacts on the environment.
Job Requirement
Require min. of 2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding business in Malaysia.
Possess a higher academic record in any equivalent academic studies.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Application (Tech-Savvy individual will be added advantage).
Able to be Customer-Centric, strong communication skills and aggressive character to engage with customers.
Capable to be resilience, proactive and have positive mindset to adapt the fast-paced environment.
