Job Summary:
The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by bridging technical expertise and sales strategy. This position involves engaging with veterinarians to promote and educate on our products and solutions. The role encompasses technical support, training, sales management, and customer relationship building, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market presence.Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Provide high-quality technical consultations to veterinarians, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance brand presence and drive professional endorsement.
xe2x97x8f Host in-clinic seminars for veterinarians, offering tailored educational initiatives to improve product knowledge.
xe2x97x8f Conduct internal product training sessions for the sales team, ensuring timely and comprehensive understanding of product portfolios.
xe2x97x8f Maintain relationships with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and drive repeat sales.
xe2x97x8f Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
xe2x97x8f Identifies potential new accounts and prepares and implements appropriate accounts penetration plans.
xe2x97x8f Monitor payment collections and ensure compliance with company policies.
xe2x97x8f Support Veterinary Advisor (VA) in organizing and executing webinars, seminars, student engagement programmes, exhibitions, special projects and events.
xe2x97x8f Speak at seminars or events when required.
xe2x97x8f Help to plan and participate in customer events that will increase product sales and market share.
xe2x97x8f Monitors the achievement of sales objectives with each major account and identifies and proposes plans for business development activities and implements plans for remedial action where necessary.
xe2x97x8f Keeps informed and abreast with trends of the Veterinary and Pet Industry and reports on new activity.
xe2x97x8f Support Sales Executives for day-to-day inquiries from customers.
xe2x97x8f Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time
xe2x97x8f Able to travel extensively and outstation to visit customers or leads to promote productsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):
xe2x97x8f Achievement of sales targets & collections within assigned territories.
xe2x97x8f Number and quality of customer education and training sessions conducted.

xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or related fields.
xe2x97x8f At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, veterinary consultation, or related roles.
xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of the veterinary or pet industry.
xe2x97x8f Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
xe2x97x8f Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
xe2x97x8f Fluent in both local language and English (written and spoken).
xe2x97x8f Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
