POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist the finance manager in handling the day to day finance activities for MAHB.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Support the management in performing its business function in the provision of quality financial contribution in achieving the organization\'s goals and objectives.
• Implement as required all finance policies and procedures within the business unit to be in line with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Support in managing the flows of accurate and timely financial information between business unit, shared services and head office finance.
• Monitor business area budgets and update budget owner on latest budget development.
• Provide local audit support, monitor audit findings\' status and resolutions and provide necessary schedules on audit and other statutory requirements.
• Provide timely financial performance data in an agreed standard format to support regular and operational decision-making.
• Provide support on tender evaluation in performing necessary financial evaluation and approval process.
• Responsible in processing budget transfer and secondary approval.
• Provide info for submission of corporate income tax to IRB.
• Responsible for the capitalization of CAPEX
• To review all CAPEX\'s supporting document before proceed for payment.
• Provide support in any financial related to the related subsidiaries.
• To issue ad-hock issuance of credit note at HQ level.
• To accommodate ad-hock report required by external & internal parties.

• Well verse with SAP system and its related sub module

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Unique Requirement

• Professional Qualification (ICAA, ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
