Vacancy Description Maintenance of computerised accounting records, compilation of information and assist in daily operational matters. Tasks & Responsibilities a.Responsible for the assigned financial andmanagement accounting functions of the assigned entity/sub-group. b. Ensure timely and accurate preparation ofmonthly accounts, financial statements, reports, supporting schedules and allregulatory reports. c. Ensure timely and accurate preparation ofreports, statistics and analysis detailing financial results. d. Handling financial transactions, generaladministrative duties and daily operations e. Assist in checking and verifying daily,weekly and monthly transactions and report including bank reconciliations. f. Coordinate and liaise with other companypersonnel, department personnel and banker on all accounting matters andresolve queries / problems arise and on other daily operational matters. g. Handling desktop fund transfer and ensurethat there is sufficient fund to meet the daily operational requirements. h. Coordinate the overall conduct of auditexercise and liaise with internal and external auditors for completion ofaudit. i. Observe and comply at all times with allActs, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations pertaining toand/or affecting the Company\'s business and be conversant with all statutoryupdates (where required) as may be introduced thereto. j. Display teamwork and work closely with seniormanagement personnel at all times. k. Continuously improvement of work flows formaximizing efficiency. l. To carry out any other duties as and wheninstructed by the Management from time to time. Accountabilities 1.
