Open Position: Accounts Executive, Finance Shared Services (MNC Company)

An MNC Company is currently hiring for Accounts Executive under the Finance Shared Services team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
-Lead and manage the Finance Shared Service Team covering Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Invoicing, Credit, Collections and etc

-Ensure the accounting activities are processed on time accordingly to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) together with the regional counterparts

-Responsible in planning and monitoring the budget, process improvement, implementation of accounting policies and etc

-Identify key areas for improvement within the Finance Shared Services processes by reviewing the current process and systems

-Work closely with the team covering daily operations, managing special tasks as well as ensuring sufficient resources available to support the regional offices

- Having good experience in using ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP and etc would be added advantage

-A People Manager with good leadership and stakeholder management skills
