Job Description


YOUR MISSIONThe focus of the role is support on daily financial /accounting operations to ensure production of accurate and reliable accounting records for both external and internal reporting purposes. Provide analytical review to management is also necessary.Task 1:

  • Assist in Internal controls & policies adherence \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure all receipts of all retail stores are properly accounted for. Highlight anomalies immediately.
Task 2:
  • Responsible on monthly, quarterly and annual closing for Retail to ensure fulfillment of all the reporting requirements both externally and internally.
  • Assists in preparing lease schedules for budget & forecast.
Task 3:
  • Responsible for on time & accurate recording of invoices and payments to retail landlords.
Task 4:
  • Assist in system implementation. Documentation of SOP in SAP to ensure quality of work.
  • Assist in handling lease agreement & documentation
Task 5:
  • Support PUMA wholesale function as necessary and be able to assist in other duties as and when assigned.
YOUR TALENTEducation: Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or equivalent studied.Professional: Functional - Min 2 years of relevant experienceIndustry - Retail background is a plus.IT Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point and SAPLanguage Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken)Competencies: Problem solving and cost consciousness.
