• payment and receipts and the relevant record keeping
• Assist in managing the excess fund including unit trust investments, placements and monitoring respective returns
• Assist in fund raising exercise includes documentations, utilization and monitoring interest and repayment
• Assist in funding activities within the group and monitoring inter-companies lending, interest computation and collection
• Management reporting including banking report, cash and deposit report, cashflow projection and other report which may be required from time to time
• Involve in yearly audit exercise
• Liaise with banks on banking matters including annual review, bank account, banking facilities, audit issues and matters related to online platform
• Liaise with rating agency, trustees, consultants, advisors, authorities, Bank Negara and solicitors
• Compliance: IA, BNM and trustee/lenders\' compliance including computation of financial covenants
• Other ad-hoc assignment

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Banking/Economics/Treasury
• At least 3 years of working experience in corporate treasury / finance
• Good communication skills and experience interacting with people of all levels
• Good command of English
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving
