We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the Manager, Finance based in RedQ, Sepang.

SALARY RANGE: RM3120 - RM4680

A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare reconciliation on the additional revenue based on system generated
report vs CMS system.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform day-to-day financial operations relating to revenue reconciliations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare billing to customers for the Other revenue.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the operation team to identify the offloaded shipments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Independently work with shared services on the billing.
\xe2\x97\x8f Independently communicate with Agents to verify and investigate discrepancies in the reports.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist the Finance Manager/Team Lead in preparing monthly finance reconciliation reports for Management on a timely and accurate basis.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation or workings.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Adhoc task or project assigned by superior.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with other finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the current processes or report from the system.

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and other useful financial software is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
\xe2\x97\x8f Has/pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg: ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA, ICAEW)
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in English and at least another local language is a plus
