Role Purpose

• Responsible to assist in performing analysis, data management, monitoring and reporting on customer feedback.
• Responsible for conducting benchmark research on other similar competitive Airlines on their products and offerings.
• Consolidating reports in a summary update and report on all projects, customer feedback & benchmarking to the Management.
• To assist in any ad-hoc projects delegated by the Superior.

Key Accountability

• Responsible to deliver a consistent analysis of VOC (Voice of Customer), GTS (Guest Tracking System) & E-VR (Voyage Report) by tracking key pain points and issues raised by travellers.
• To conduct audits based on the tracking of key pain points to determine & understand those issues before providing a report.
• Provide Benchmark analysis based on the analysis conducted above, on all similar competing airline operators.
• Provide detailed summary from analytical study & benchmarking to propose or provide solutions to issues for the review of Assistant Managers and above.
• To be in touch with all the latest trends happening within Aviation Food & Beverage industry.
• Manage and upkeep files by segregating them to the right project folders as well as updating documents and files where necessary.&
• Ability to work with other executives within the department, to assist and guide each other.
• Manage and issue meeting minutes promptly, whilst tracking and requesting for updates based on the deliverables as per meeting minutes from all attendees.&
• To carry out any other task as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

• Qualification (s) : Diploma or Degree in relevant field with 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

• Special / Professional Certification: Culinary arts / Food Science / Hospitality & Tourism

• Years of Experience: with 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience

• Areas of Experience : Food Services, Hotel / Cruise Industry, Manufacturing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
