RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring Import & Export Activities Experience in sea freight, air freight, cross bonded and truck allocation arrangement. To liaise with Forwarding Association /Custom Department /Port on submission for K1-9. Familiar with preparation of import and export shipping document. Conduct driver with SOP & check actual loading. Confirming the delivery with customer. Manage customer expectations in terms of operation flow, shipment delays, documentation and relate KPI's. To ensure that all aspects of freight import/export are managed efficiently and effectively to ensure that service standards are met at all times. To ensure that the forwarding and dispatch of goods and any other requirements are achieved within agreed specific client service standards. Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices & partners. Built and upkeep good service and business relationship to existing and new potential customers. To plan, monitor P/O, co-ordinate with various inter-departments. Manage goods and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials. To implement and improve quality procedures to meet company's requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred have Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) certificate would be added advantage. Minimum 5 years of working experiences and knowledge in freight forwarding, shipping and transportation industries. Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Transportation/Business Management or equivalent. Prior work experience in trading, freight forwarding, logistics, transportations or maritime industries. Shipping experience by Air, Sea and land (cross border) Indoor sales. Well-versed with customs and shipping documentations. Able to work & deliver within tight deadlines. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills. Good computer knowledge in Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. PowerPoint. Possess own vehicle and willing to travel. Punctuality. Required Language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Japanese would be added advantage) Able to write & converse in Japanese would be added advantage. Full-time position available in
