Job Description


Responsibilities: * Process new franchise applications and coordinate the entire end to end franchising process.

  • Handle day-to-day franchise administrative tasks.
  • Build rapport, communicate, and provide support to all major stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems; update direct reports and supervisors on the status of projects and tasks. Able to meet project/ task timeline.
  • Provide post-franchise handover support to franchisees.
  • Conduct training for new franchisees onboarding and ensure all training is well assessed and documented.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company and superior.
  • Process new applications and coordinate the entire end to end process.
  • Provide in-depth store sales and profit and loss analysis during the store consultation process.
  • Offer training to applicants/candidates before the store handover.
  • Coach and train candidates to effectively evaluate how the store is performing compared to the corporate\'s policies and procedures. Analyze sales and cost data and provide specific customized direction to improve in-store operation and sales performance. Drive APSD, Customer Counts, and Average Ticket to ensure corporate expectations are met.
  • Communicate and provide support to all major stakeholders.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications Requirements: * At least a diploma in Retail, Business Admin, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Franchising & Business Development field, preferably with a strong track of record.
  • Must be able to adapt to different environments, situations, and personalities while maintaining personal integrity, time management, and punctuality with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to work independently and solve problems.
  • Possess strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
  • High skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good English speaking and writing proficiency, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Possess strong self-confidence and oral communication skills when presenting to a large scale of audiences.
  • Hands-on person with deep operations and task execution skills, knowledge, and implementation.
  • Able to drive and travel frequently to the field nationwide.
