Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle margin-related administration work, including documentation, reporting, setup interest rates, maintain marginable list of instruments and conducting credit checks on clients. Assist the Treasury and Finance team in supporting day-to-day fund movement, including loan disbursement, repayment, and bank reconciliation. Handle premium financing loan application processing and approvals. Work closely with the Credit Assessment team to support credit monitoring activities (e.g., monitoring repayments, margin calls and review request for credit limit increase). Call and liaise with customers to follow up on repayment matters and initiate courtesy calls for forced liquidation. Involve in UAT system testing for ad hoc projects and continuous system enhancement whenever necessary. Provide support to the Credit team when needed.

Requirements:

Candidate able to start work within 1 month notice period are preferred. Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration related fields. 1-3 years of relevant experience in credit operations / loan administration. Candidates without working experience are encouraged to apply. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Able to multitask and demonstrate strong ownership at work. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and IT literacy. Able to work on Malaysia public holidays to support SG and HK market. #
