Job Responsibilities:
01) Document Controller for ISO 18788:2015 (Security Operations Management System).
02) Prepare and revise SOP or policy for Security Department.
03) Representative for audit related with Security matters.
04) Plan and monitor Security training programs.
05) Ensure the efficiency of CCTV room.
06) Submit proposal for improvement from time to time.
07) To ensure Security Personnel carry out duty promptly.
08) Supporting speaker for Employee Orientation for security matters.
09) Administor for the entire registration process for Polis Bantuan qualification.
10) Compile and submit reports as required by law to respective Government agencies. (i.e.: PULAPOL, PDRM, Persatuan Polis Bantuan Malaysia & etc)
11) Prepare Security Department reports for management reporting.
12) Update analytic reports promptly on the occurrence of crime cases in Top Glove.
13) Investigate and assists to lodge Police Report for criminal cases.
14) Issue PR for the Security Department.
15) Document Controller for Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS) related with Security.
16) Perform spot check and report to the management.
17) Interviewer for Security Personnel hiring.
18) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
19) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements:
01) Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
