Job Responsibilities

1) To assist maintain ISO 18788:2015 (Security Operations Management System)

2) To assist update and revise related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Security Department

3) To assist security training programmed based on the training needs/ competency analysis

4) To assist prepare report non-conformance Centralized CCTV

5) To assist prepare proposal/paper work

6) Improvement project related with Security side (Clocking, VMS and etc.)

7) To assist as a Security Speaker (TG WAP & TG WIP)

8) To assist liase with local authority (PDRM or KDN)

9) To assist compilation of data and analysis related with security (crime data, manpower & prevention of crime and etc.)

10) To assist lodge report if any crime/run away cases happen

11) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1) Education qualification in Diploma

2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
