Job Responsibilities * Responsible in the day-to-day departmental operations and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently * Responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations * Responsible in monitoring departmental staff and ensure they carries out duties and tasks as per Hotel standard performance practices * Responsible in planning, developing, preparing, managing, operating and executing the Hotel departmental SOP and policies & procedures as per the Hotel standard requirements Job Requirements * Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent * A high school certificate or equivalent * A successful track record of managing a large team * Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure Experince *5 years high-quality experience in Hospitality Industry
