Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action
Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve facility-related issues.
Handle and resolve complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control related to housekeeping supplies and staffing.
Support Manager in all housekeeping operations.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
Minimum two (2) years of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large facility
Female candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience in managing a team of housekeeping employees
Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
