Role Description



Summary/Objective :

The HR Admin Executive acts as a central point of contact between HR and assigned business units. This role involves close collaboration with both leadership and staff to strengthen workplace relationships, enhance morale, and boost productivity and employee retention. The HR Admin will support both operational and strategic HR functions to ensure HR efforts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Gather and ensure all required documents from candidates are complete. Enter candidate data into the ESS system. Prepare and issue employment contracts once hiring is confirmed. Oversee documentation processes for employee resignations and dropouts. Communicate with candidates and partner companies through formal emails. Join the Project Lead during visits to partner companies for engagement purposes. Keep the master tracking sheet updated with the latest information.

Competencies :



Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively. High attention to detail and commitment to service quality. Effective communication, both spoken and written. Proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.

Required Education and Experience :



Bachelor's degree in a related area such as Public Administration, Education, Social Work, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in program coordination or HR operations.
