This position is for those interested in training related matters.

• Administer and support all initiative of training. Manage training request from various department and individual. Prepare all communication and send course announcements. Prepare and monitor administrative work (Filing, keeping records, registration of participant of training courses, training expenses and budgeting)
• Liaise with HRDCorp on all matters including training grant and training claim for Genting Malaysia Group of Companies.
• Administer and lead the engagement of student trainee for departments. Prepare and monitor administrative work (Communicate with student, institution / university and department, conduct phone interview, reporting, briefing, payment and evaluation)
• Be involved in executing company scholarship and events.

Qualification / Competency

• Posses a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent
• Preferably with 1 year experience in HR Field
• Display maturity and commands respect
• Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
