YYC Is looking for Learning and Development Executive aims to build up the capabilities of employees through providing learning programs and building supporting infrastructure to assess and review individual development needs. The Regional Learning and Development Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration of learning programs to ensure the smooth execution of all our initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to identify training needs of employees.
• Assist in design and develop promotional materials to create awareness of the training programmes.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make improvements where necessary.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a learning and development calendar.
• Track individual development plans by ensuring participants attend scheduled training activities.
• Collaborate with external training providers as needed.
• Maintain training records of employees.
• Assist preparing report on the progress of training programs for senior management.
• Prepare reports in conformance with legal requirements or organisation needs. Prepare submission to relevant government departments;
• Assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are;
• Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching;

; Requirements: - Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology or related field or equivalent;
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
