Your new company This company is a luxury retail group with brands across the globe over 40 boutiques across Asia is looking for a new and fresh Learning & Development Executive. Your new role As the Learning & Development Executive, you will be tasked with, amongst others: Handling the trainings, mainly within retail training. Managing classroom trainings with about 5-10 Pax per team. You will be the coordinator, trainer, coach, and administrator. Coordinator : You will be managing the process of training, end-to-end together with the Manager. Trainer : You will be the trainer to train the retail team members (mostly for onboarding and first 3 months). Coach : You will monitor the constructive feedback given from the retail members. Administrator : Need to liaise with the paper works, preparation of the documents, training materials & attendance. What you\'ll need to succeed 1-3 years L&D experience is a must. Mandarin language is a must (open to negotiate if it\'s not fluent) Willing to travel to Penang and KL City Centre for work purposes. Exceptional communication & articulation in English, active listening skills, interactive & engaging.
