Job PurposeResponsible to identify, plan, execute, implement and monitor technology and innovation initiatives towards enhancing HSSE processes and performance Group wide and its supply chain.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness:

• Identifying, developing and implementing technology solution and support digital transformation in HSSE scopes. Projects involved including Benchmark ESG, Digital Permit To Work (ePTW), Digital HSSE Monthly Performance Reporting, Contractor Safety & Sustainability STAR Rating.
• Responsible to determine budget and prepare management paper to obtain approval for technology and digital initiatives.
• Assist in developing the Proof of Concept for projects, brainstorming, and syndication session(s), as well as the development of relevant standard operating procedure (SOP) and training package/ plan to roll out the implementation of the identified solution(s).
• Assist in implementation of Test and Learn (T&L) and other trial programmes including solution\'s system integration into existing digital framework of the company.

Job Responsibilities (Con\'t)

• Assist in the development of project plans, communication and execution of assigned project plans/ programmes and assist in preparing project milestone report(s) as needed.
• Support the procurement process for the proof of scale-up and assist the team to develop technical specifications and commissioning of the system/solution(s) developed by the vendors.
• Assist in the engagement with key stakeholders i.e. Business Unit\'s management and its operation & HSSE team, engagement with inter-department i.e. IT, Cost & Control, and HR, as well as engagement with contractors, consultants, in finalising the solutions before rolling out in the operations.
• Support HSSE focal persons for final scale-up and final rolling out to operations e.g. SOP/WI preparation, training module/training plan development and scheduling

• Provide HSE support to HSE practitioners to internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate HSSE initiatives.

• Attending training for self-development in HSE culture, leadership competencies etc.
• Attending mandatory trainings identified by the management.

Education/Professional Qualification

• Education: Minimum Degree in Occupational Safety & Health / Environmental / Science / Engineering or any technical degree or similar qualifications related to HSE

Professional Experience

• Minimum 1 year of HSE experience in the industries of development / construction / leisure / facilities management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT software development process.
