SALARY RANGE : MYR 3,120 - MYR 4,680

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Serve as overall operation staff for designated hub

Manage delivery partner wellbeing to ensure delivery efficiency

Troubleshoot and solve issues faced by delivery partners and merchant

Monitor and execute daily operation for FM/LM

Perform daily inventory cycle count to make sure all are tally as per system

Enforce process compliances to manage the delivery operations effectively

Monitor and execute daily operation for inbound/outbound

Coordinate with MM team on daily outbound arrangement

Enforce process compliances to manage the hub operations effectively

Manage daily FM/LM planning

Any other tasks as assigned by Managers

SKILLS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a \xe2\x80\x98must-have\xe2\x80\x99 for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

Can speak and write English to an intermediate degree

Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audience

Displays high attention to detail

Is calm, especially under pressure

Is a fast thinker \xe2\x80\x93 able to solve problems on-the-go

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and has used it in prior work
