Plan and execute annual budget activities to optimize manpower and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Plan and perform organization development, job management, recruitment, contract staff engagement and renewal, career management, and staff mobility processes.
Advise on, conduct, and monitor EPM implementation, workforce competency identification, staff discipline, grievance management, and maintenance of confidential information in compliance with labor laws.
Plan and implement compensation and benefit operations, drive Employee Relations and Services (ERS) activities, and analyze and develop management reporting on HRM KPIs or scorecards.
Qualification: \xe8\xb7\xafMinimum Bachelor\xe9\x88\xa5\xe6\xaa\x9a Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent. Professional qualification or advance degree will be an advantage.Requirement:
Minimum 7 years\' HR experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, with a focus on generalist roles in commercial settings.
Proficient in HRM software, particularly SAP, with a strong grasp of HR databases and systems.
Experienced in international HR practices and immigration, bringing valuable cross-cultural insights.
Skilled in engaging diverse stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly organized, proactive self-starter, adept at business analysis and strategy development, thriving in fast-paced environments.
