Job Responsibilities
01) Develop, implement and monitoring of social management system at factories.
02) Plan, develop and conduct internal audits to identify the gaps in social compliance.
03) Prepare internal audit reports and coordinate with factories for corrective and preventive actions.
04) Conduct follow up audit to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
05) Identify the latest information on legal requirements (labour practice) and social compliance code of conduct.
06) Handling of external social audits as lead auditee, coordinating safety, environmental and HR aspects.
07) Conduct social compliance training to employees and business partners.
08) Conduct business partners (suppliers) social audit at selected suppliers\' plant
09) Main document controller of all social compliance audit records and procedures.
10) Analyze all audit results and implement all necessary actions to resolve all compliance issues and interpret all complex regulations to ensure adherence to same in organization.
11) Internal and external communication about social compliance initiatives and allegations.
12) Coordinate with marketers, customers, factories and audit companies to schedule for social audits.
13) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
14) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
01) Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate a Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
