EXECUTIVE II, CREDIT CONTROL & ADMINISTRATION

Description

This role will be responsible to handle collection matters with tenant and administrative works in the shopping malls.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Handle account receivable functions which includes ensuring accurate and prompt generation of periodic and ad-hoc billings to tenants, handle banking matters, issuance of official receipts and credit notes, attend to tenant's enquiries/complaints and etc;
2. Handle credit control functions- monitor the collection to minimize the aging of the outstanding rentals, ensure all standard reminders are sent promptly and initiate debt recovery actions and liaise with the solicitor on the manners of recovery;
3. Handle tenancy management which includes pre-termination of contract to ensure all requirements are fulfilled by tenants prior to termination of contract in system, change of tenant in tenancy contract, negotiation with tenants on rental concession and etc;
4. Prepare weekly billings & collection reports and monthly RMCM reports;
5. Handle administrative matters of the Department;
6. Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures;
7. To carry out any other duties/ad-hoc assignments as and when instructed by the Management or superior from time to time.

Education

Experience
