Job Description

Summary of position: To plan and lead the development of industry shaping strategies by conducting in-depth industry research, data analysis and synthetization to deliver hindsight, insights and foresights and consolidating inputs and information to derive content for stakeholder engagements. : 1) Research & analysis Lead and conduct data discovery, perform analysis as well as synthe differentiated and targeted output of information related to the national OGSE sector to support Industry Shaping strategies. 2) Proposal Ideation and Development Plan and prepare relevant reports and proposals proposing and packaging viable ideas into a solid proposal to support reform agendas and implementation of strategic initiatives. 3) Stakeholder Engagement Content Lead and coordinate the development of stakeholder communication materials through consolidation of information and visualization to accentuate the key messages to stakeholders as well as coordinating arrangements for stakeholder engagement activities/ campaigns, taking into consideration stakeholders sensitivities to ensure smooth execution of all engagements. 4) Stakeholder Profiling Lead and conduct research and analysis of key stakeholders through review of engagement history, personal and organisational affiliations generate hypothesis of key stakeholder\' focus area and interests based on insights derived from their strategic agendas, recent notable events, trends, etc. assist in conducting sensing, surveys & benchmarking activities to gauge feedback and sentiments from the relevant stakeholders. 5) Knowledge Management Lead and maintain good Knowledge Management practices and content to periodically update respective areas, conducting housekeeping and managing audits to ensure the integrity, comprehensiveness and accessibility of information, knowledge and lesson learnt. Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Engineering or equivalent. Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry Strong and capable in both strategic and operational thinking & evaluations Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate, connect, garner team unity, effective communication skills with key stakeholders of various levels.
