The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring the precision of our financial operations. What You Can Expect To Work On Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping and payment processing. Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records, adhering to industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless financial workflows. Generate insightful financial reports to aid decision-making processes. Uphold financial regulations and compliance specific to the anime industry. Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the entertainment or anime industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in financial software and tools, especially Xero. Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret financial reports. Flexibility to navigate the dynamic and creative environment of a startup organization Must have skills accounts payable accounts receivable accounting financial analysis financial reporting Xero Good to have skills attention to detail organizational skills
