EXECUTIVE

INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (ICTD), CHANCELLERY

KEY ROLES :

Design and develop visually engaging multimedia content--including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media--through

ACE platforms, systems, and websites.

Collaborate with writers, editors, project managers, and other team members to ensure multimedia content aligns with project objectives and effectively engages the target audience. Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing programs, and B58 modeling/animation software, to produce high-quality multimedia materials. Stay current with design trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies in multimedia design. Conduct research and gather insights on user preferences, design best practices, and technical requirements to guide multimedia development. Plan, organize, and manage project timelines to ensure multimedia deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. Test, review, and troubleshoot multimedia products to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with standards. Maintain a professional portfolio showcasing multimedia skills, creativity, and experience for prospective clients or employers.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field. Technical Requirements Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for teaching and learning platforms. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, with knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP or Python. Hands-on experience in Database Management, including SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with System Integration, including API development and middleware technologies. Personal Attributes Results-oriented team player with a strong sense of responsibility in achieving business goals. Dynamic, disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Professional, flexible, and enthusiastic in carrying out tasks. Willingness to be an active team contributor, including working extra hours with minimal supervision when required. Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
