\xe2\x80\xa2 Using appropriate IT tools to monitor system \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain the existing system to ensure it running smoothly \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with related team for system development \xe2\x80\xa2 Fixing an issue in in-house system and testing with related team \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees daily work activities to meet business needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep monitor issue & resolve in help desk system \xe2\x80\xa2 Implements appropriate educational and training programs, to ensure high quality performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains good communication with co-workers and maintains a positive and professional work environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other duties as required.
