Job Summary: As an Information Technology (IT/ MIS) Support Executive at Safe Truck Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company\'s Management Information Systems and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the effective operation of IT systems, data management, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and MIS, with a focus on maintaining data integrity, improving processes, and providing IT support as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the company\'s Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network and server stability.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Stay current with IT and MIS trends and technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
