Job Description

sJob Responsibilities
01) To perform rollout of SAP HCM and ESS for new TG entities and factories.
02) To handle Change Requests and carry out improvement projects for SAP HCM and TGERP modules.
03) To perform config, unit test and arrangement of UAT for users for projects and CRs.
04) To liaise with vendor for enhancements/customizations/projects whenever required.
05) To assist TG Reach PMO in the implementation and support of SAP Successfactors for all TG factories.
06) To study and create new survey forms via Survey Monkey upon request, compile data and prepare reports based on the data collected from the surveys.
07) To carry out R&D to further improve on the functionality/usage of the SAP HCM system
08) To study on the migration of existing TGERP modules (related to HCM team) to other platforms.
09) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
10) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.Job Requirements
01) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
05) Have knowledge in programming language such as Java, PHP, JSP.
06) Experience in SAP / HCM
07) Capable to work under pressure and multitasking, able to cope with challenges.
