To manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative excellence, alignment with Operations requirement & Brands standards.
Job Responsibility
1. Design & Documentation
Conduct accurate site measurements for IE/NSO stores & verify dimensions before design development.
Prepare layout drawings based on site measurements, ensuring optimal space utilization & compliance with Brands guidelines.
Develop 3D visuals & complete drawing packages (layouts, elevations, sections & detailed drawings) within agreed timelines.
Ensure all drawings meet technical standards, material specifications & operational requirements.
2. Project Coordination
Submit design documentation to relevant stakeholders for review & approval.
Manage revisions & updates throughout the project lifecycle from site measurement (SM) stage for store opening.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers & internal teams to resolve design related issues promptly.
3. Quality & Compliance
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations & sustainability standards.
Requirements
Degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in retail or commercial interior design.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCad, SketchUp, V-Ray, Revit, Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes & construction detailing.
Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills.
Good vision for detailed screen work.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with teams.
Occasional need to visit for site measurement & requiring mobility within sites environments.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
