Support sales team in all sales & market research activities.
Nurture existing & prospective markets.
Manage communication & resolve contentious concerns in relation to export customers / authorities / forwarding & logistics partners whilst maintaining professional relationship.
Administer & schedule efficient export business activities & identify appropriate transportation mode.
Complete all paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time
Job Requirements:
Possess any degree with minimum 1 year of working experience. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.
Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good in written and communication in English would be added advantage.
Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point
Independent and reliable.
Willing to travel local or oversea.
