Provide technical support for internal employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
Monitor the company's network and servers for performance, security, and reliability.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, printers, network equipment, and telecommunication devices.
Support the development, implementation, and management of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and desktop issues.
Ensure proper functioning of email servers, database systems, and applications.
Assist in setting up new user accounts, permissions, and workstations.
Collaborate with external vendors and IT service providers to address issues and ensure service delivery.
Document technical procedures, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Maintain hardware inventory and software licenses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco's CCNA, Fortinet's NSE, or Microsoft Windows Server Administration are added advantages.
Able to work independently and manage multiple IT-related tasks efficiently with strong prioritization skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
