Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software. related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related Software/Hardware issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose and Source for new technique/ solution for overall PC and printers support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation and keep track on hardware Inventory and software licensing to ensure compliance with legal software requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and Trouble-shoot back-up processes. Take pro-active measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct related user-training in order to enhance users\xe2\x80\x99 knowledge of applications to support their daily works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and monitor all server infrastructure:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer and monitor backup. \xe2\x80\xa2 User account provisioning - includes Microsoft O365 infrastructure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain all network infrastructure services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and manage corporate switches, firewalls, VPNs and routers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure security and protection of data on corporate network devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains server-based application running on the network including Active Directory Services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
