Job Description
To support the IT infra operation and administration:
- Networking and Security
- On-premises Server Management
- Cloud resources management
- Hardware management and Optimization
- Licensing and user profiling
- Helpdesk
; Requirements: -
- Managed IT asset management listings
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ability to utilized AWS/cloud manage services console and admin portal
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power Bi) as supporting roles and administrative tasks
- Resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software
- Ability to develop automation process.
