Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo ensure the smoothness and efficiency of KLIA ICT Operation and Maintenance including operations related to managing shift manpower, systems, and technical issues.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Manage the shift team to do first level recovery on the IT subsystems in KLIA.
• Manage preventive maintenance exercise for most of the ICT equipments in KLIA.
• To perform TDMS towards the team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in meeting and event with customer when instruct (internal & external).
• To assist in updating daily report, weekly report and monthly report when needed
• Communicate closely with OCDM and ITOC to response efficiently towards customer ICT complains
• To ensure all related incidents recovery are within the agreed Service Level.
• Manage and perform 1st level troubleshooting on physical site
• Participate in problem solving when needed to meet trouble report levels.
• Assist on root cause analysis based on all incidents reported
• Assist into complaints and request from customers pertaining to the overall performance.
• Preparing Preventive Maintenance activities and related checklists.
• Reply to Non-Conformance Report for problem related to IT Support unit.
• Work with the Airport Operators to keep all operating procedures up-to-date.
• Other duties as instructed by the superior.
• Advise manager in terms of improving operation performance and personnel performance.

• Manages customers (MAHB and subsidiaries, airlines, handlers) expectations when comes to first level support.
• Recovering system failure to maintain the required system availability of KLIA ICT subsystems performance.

Relevant IndustriesExternal

• Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Supervisory role.
• A minimum experience of 5 years in ICT background / Engineering background AND to have a basic understanding of system operational functionalities including hardware or technical aspect plus overall structures of TAMS subsystems.

EducationExternal

• Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline / Engineering related discipline holder
